Go up into the mountains to visit one of the most amazing and sacred temple: have you seen Kill Bill, or Drangon Ball when you were a child? well, it must have been filmed here....
+ This is the city where the fun is endless, of course if you have some money to spare.... Cooking courses, elephant ride, white-water rafting, Muay Thai Fights, traditional Thai dance show, night markets, etc.... See next post....

Phitsanulok the travellers' base and visiting the ancient city of Sukhothai
+ Arrival in Philok: water-battles continue... decision to put on the bikini (well Dani his swimming trunks) and go in the street to join the battle to be completly soaked up by water...
+ Second day: visit to Sukothai, first capital of Thai kingdom in 13th and 14th century. Renting bikes to cycle around in the ruins, incredible heat, but amazing place!
+ Back to Philok and catching the night-train to Chiang Mai
