Learing the amazing Thai cuisine: how to become a professional cook!

+  Arriving early in the morning to a organic farm after shopping all the necessary ingredients in the local market.





+ Before starting to cook  7 different dishes, we learnt how to cook the most important element in the Thai cuisine: THE CURRY PASTE!!! But of course, a hat, an apron,  a big knife and smile are the first indispensable tools :)  !!  

 

+Kinga making wonderful noodles!! What an artist!



 + As our cook professor said: "No money, No honey; no honey, no funny!"  

+ He tought us how to make spring rolls. And the best were from.........
